Here is the patch and audio for the snow scene. Showing how the Y axis manipulates the volume of the individual sound components, and the X axis controls the panning of all audio.

Good, first thing tomorrow I will comp it all together. Just uploading the quick pan comp without the mask, pretty hard to map the distorted screen to a moving object, especially when the edges of the screen disappear. I’m sure there is a good technique to do it, but I certainly don’t know how.

alright, i got that thing down to 30 seconds a frame, i cut it down to 900 frames, we can sooooooooo get away with a lower FPS on that animation, so you can stretch it out.
WIll be done in 7 hours, so that’s about 10 o clock.
Lisa’s will be done in 15 hours, so that’ll have to happen tomorrow, it’s easy anyway.
Other renders are on their way out, but those are...
Seems to be working good. Dunno what the crackling is.
okay,
we have 2 video’s down here, ready for after effectsing. keen? we may not be here, if we aren’t it’s open on the computer.
ok
we have got 2 video’s down here, ready for your after effectsing. please make them look good, and bring a mem stick.
ohyeah
oh yeah, sounds good man, very atmospheric. If i was you, i would set the levels low on the video, so the amp in the presentation space dosen't start clipping again - they need a new preamp.
Trial Sound for the brown grassy installment.

Second Test. I think this would work really well across the multiple screen fixture. Grass is generative and moves with user position, audio and music pans. Both the videos are playing slower than they actually react, the old G4 isn’t to good at multi tasking.
First test, user movement controls sound panning and the location of exploding circles which are generative.
the flash flash
Oh yep, nice, yeah, looking good. The first display is getting there, couple more hours, and it should be there, we can meet at studio time on monday, and talk about additional ones with different imagery, how much effort, and weather it’s worth it, or if we just fudge some for our presentation.
good?
Flash being controlled by MAX/MSP. Audio volume and pan test included.
Max MSP
At the moment I’m trying to put together the Max patch that will correspond with the flash animation that Seb is constructing.
